Ingredients
2 mini bagels
0.5 cup fat free cream cheese
1.5 oz stuffed green olives , chopped (reserve 2 teaspoons olive brine)
1 tbsp fresh chives , snipped


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
2 Slice each bagel into 4 thin rounds and place on a baking sheet. Place in oven to toast until golden brown, about 10 minutes, turn once.
3 In the meantime, mix the cream cheese, olives, olive brine, and chives in a small bowl. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto each bagel crisp and serve warm.
