Servings
Ingredients
0.25 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt free seasoning , Greek blend
0.25 cup steak sauce
0.25 g orange juice
1 lb filet mignon, lean (4 4-oz. steaks, each 1 1/2 inches thick)
4 turkey bacon

Directions
1 Mix seasoning, garlic powder, steak sauce, and orange juice in a shallow dish or large zip top plastic freezer bag.
2 Place steaks in marinade, allowing it to completely coat both sides. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
3 Remove steaks and dispose of marinade. Let steaks rest.
4 Cook turkey bacon in a frying pan or in microwave. Make sure it is not overcooked and is still pliable.
5 Wrap each steak in one slice of bacon, securing each with a toothpick.
6 Place steaks on a grill over medium high heat. Close grill lid and grill 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until preferred doneness.
