Directions
1 Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Using 2 knives or a pastry cutter, cut in shortening. Pour in milk and fully combine.
2 Place dough on a floured surface and knead 6 to 8 times. Roll out into a 16 by 10 inch rectangle. Top dough with bacon and cheese.
3 Roll dough in jelly roll fashion and slice into 15 pieces. Arrange cut side down in cooking spray coated muffin tins.
4 Bake at 450 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes.
