Ingredients
8.5 oz Pastry, puff, sheet, baked from frozen dough , thaw 40 min.
5 oz Cream Cheese, light, garlic & herbs, minced , soften (Boursin )
1 tbsp whole milk
6 piece Bacon, cured, pan fried , cooked and crumbled
3 tbsp Onion, green, tops only, fresh, stalk , sliced


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into an 18x9-inch rectangle.
2 Cut into 18 (3-inch) squares. Press squares into 3-inch muffin cups that have been coated with cooking spray and set aside.
3 In a mixing bowl, stir together cheese and milk until smooth. Spoon a rounded teaspoonful into each pastry shell.
4 Top with pieces of bacon and green onion. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Additional Information
Boursin, a French triple crèmes cheese, is a rich, soft, uncured mild cheese that has been infused with garlic and herbs. It can often be found in the deli section of larger supermarkets. Herbed cream cheese is an acceptable substitute.
