3 cup cooked baby red potatoes , unpeeled, scrubbed (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 tbsp olive oil
4 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 tsp fresh dill weed , minced
1 tsp , minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary , minced
1 pinch black pepper , freshly ground


Directions
1 Bring pot of water to a boil. Put potatoes into boiling water and place lid over pot. Cook for 10 minutes. Strain and place in serving bowl.
2 Whisk together olive oil, garlic, dill, rosemary, and pepper. Pour over potatoes and coat evenly. Serve warm or chilled.
Additional Information
Small potatoes work best: they will be sweet and moist and will cook quicker. Make sure potatoes do not get mushy.
