Ingredients

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2 Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add in beef, onions, and carrots and saute until meat is brown and onions are translucent.
3 Keep meat in pan and drain off any excess oil. Add in barbeque sauce, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Lower heat and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
4 Lay pizza crusts on a baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture onto crusts in equal amounts and scatter cheese over.
5 Put baking sheet in oven and bake for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Before serving, sprinkle pizza with cilantro. Cut into bite size pieces.
Additional Information
Try different varieties of cheese such as provolone, or cheddar. This also works great with chicken, shrimp, or salmon.
