Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple , peeled and diced
1 medium avocadoes , peeled and diced
0.33 cup fresh chopped red onion
5 medium celery stalk , finely chopped (or 5 lovage)
1 whole jalapeno pepper , seeded and chopped
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp lime peel zest
0.25 tsp salt


Directions
1 Mix together pineapple, avocado, onion, celery (or lovage), pepper, lime juice and peel, and salt. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before using. Serve with chips.
Additional Information
Serve this refreshing salsa with tortilla chips or spicy Mexican foods .
