Ingredients
64 oz fresh spinach leaves (or mixed salad greens)
1 cup Oranges, all types, fresh, sections , chilled
1 fresh avocado , peeled and sliced
4 piece red onion slices , separated into rings
0.5 cup Salad Dressing, vinaigrette, balsamic, low fat
0.5 cup Cheese, blue, crumbled


Directions
1 Arrange 2 cups of spinach or lettuce each on 4 salad plates.
2 Top each plate with a quarter of the oranges, avocado, and onion rings.
3 Pour two tablespoons of the dressing over each salad. Sprinkle with bleu cheese, if desired.
4 Serve immediately.
Additional Information
Use spinach leaves instead of salad greens for their high nutritional value.
