1 fresh avocado
0.75 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp chopped scallions
1 tbsp fresh jalapeno chili peppers , seeded and minced
2 medium garlic cloves , pressed
1 pinch salt , to taste (optional)
1 pinch black pepper , to taste


Directions
1 Slice avocado and scoop out flesh.
2 In food processor, combine avocado, cottage cheese, lime juice, scallions, jalapeño, and garlic. Puree until smooth.
3 Add salt and pepper to taste, serve immediately.
Additional Information
Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
