Ingredients
2 Avocado, average, fresh , peeled and pitted
8 oz soft tofu , or silken
2 medium garlic cloves , pressed
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp kosher salt
0.25 tsp chili powder
1 small tomato , chopped


Directions
1 In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients expect for the tomato.
2 Place mixture in a bowl and stir in the chopped tomato.


Additional Information
Serve with different color peppers and pita chips.
