Ingredients
4 cup fresh broccoli florets , cut into small pieces
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion , sliced (scallion)
2 cup Grapes, fresh , red and/or green
1 Lettuce, red leaf, fresh, head , torn into pieces
1 tbsp margarine
0.25 cup slivered almonds
0.5 cup red wine vinegar
0.25 cup sugar
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil


Directions
1 Use a large bowl; mix the broccoli, green onion, grapes, and lettuce. Set aside. In a small skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, melt the margarine, and add the almonds and sauté until light brown. Set aside.
2 In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and olive oil, and pour over the broccoli mixture, and toss, and stir in the browned almond slivers. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
