Ingredients
2 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter
0.25 cup sugar
3 tbsp tamari soy sauce
4 tsp Wine, sake/saki, Japanese (or dry sherry ,or water)
1 tsp fresh ginger root , grated
1.5 lb Asparagus, spear, fresh , cooked until crisp-tender, chilled


Directions
1 Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice wine, and ginger root until smooth.
2 Spoon sauce over asparagus.
Additional Information
This sauce also works great over broccoli. Sprinkle peanuts over top for texture.
