Ingredients
1 lb fresh asparagus
0.33 cup margarine
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp fresh dill weed , finely minced
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 To prepare, clean the asparagus and cut off the woody end pieces. Pat dry.
2 In a small serving bowl, combine the margarine, lemon juice and dill.
3 Lightly coat a grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. Place asparagus side-by-side in the grill lengthwise and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
4 Place on a warmed serving platter. To serve, place a tablespoon of the lemon butter on each serving of asparagus.
Additional Information
Can be served warm or slightly chilled in summer time.
