Ingredients
0.5 lb fresh asparagus , trimmed, cut into 2-inch lengths
0.5 cup sour cream
2.5 tbsp Seasoning, guacamole, dry mix
1 medium tomatoes , seeded and chopped
2 cup tap water


Directions
1 In medium saucepan, over high heat, bring water to boil. Add asparagus, cook 3 - 5 minutes, or until tender.
2 Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely. Pat dry.
3 In food processor, fitted with chopping blade, add asparagus and process 30 - 60 seconds, or until smooth.
4 Add sour cream and seasoning. Process 30 additional seconds, or until smooth.
5 Transfer to container. Add chopped tomato, mixing until evenly combined.
6 Cover and refrigerate 2 - 24 hours before serving.
Additional Information
Serve with low-carb, whole-grain chips or veggie dippers.
