Servings
Ingredients
1 lb tuna fillets
1 fresh green onions , thinly sliced
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger root , peeled and grated
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.25 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cooking spray
1 oz pickled ginger (optional)

Directions
1 Preheat grill to medium.
2 Finely chop tuna by hand with knife.
3 In medium bowl, gently mix tuna, green onion, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper.
4 Shape four, 3" round patties.
5 On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds. With hands, carefully press patties, one at a time, into bread-crumb mixture, turning to coat both sides.
6 Spray both sides of patties with non-stick spray.
7 Place tuna burgers on hot grill rack. Cover and cook patties, 5-6 minutes per side, until browned on the outside and slightly pink in the center.
8 Serve with pickled ginger (optional).
