Directions
1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
2 Coat 12" pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3 Unroll dough and place on prepared pan, starting at center and pressing out with hands.
4 Bake 5 to 8 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove from oven.
5 In food processor, mince garlic and add olive oil, blending well.
6 Spread garlic mixture over partially baked crust.
7 Coat medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Sauté red pepper strips until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
8 Layer pepper strips, basil, mushrooms slices, and artichokes over garlic mixture. Top with cheese.
9 Bake 10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
10 Cut into six slices before serving.
