1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a mini muffing tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
2 Combine Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion and garlic powders. Mix in the mozzarella and artichokes; set aside. 3 Spray each side of wonton wrapper with cooking spray and place in prepared mini muffin tin, pressing down. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden.
4 Spoon 1 tablespoon artichoke mixture into each muffin tin and bake 5 to 6 more minutes, until golden. Serve warm.
