Ingredients
13 oz frozen pizza crust dough ball , thawed
8 oz low fat cream cheese , softened
0.5 cup sun dried tomato pasta sauce
14 oz canned artichokes hearts, drained , rinsed and finely chopped
0.5 cup fresh chopped onion (use sweet onion like Vidalia)
4.25 oz canned black olives , drained and chopped
0.75 cup sliced carrots
6 oz small green bell peppers , chopped (equal to 3/4 cup)
1.5 cup fresh broccoli florets , chopped
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend


Directions
1 Lay pizza dough in a cooking spray coated baking pan and press down. Poke holes in dough with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees F for 13 to 15 minutes. Let cool.
2 Using electric beaters, combine cream cheese and tomato spread. Mix in artichokes. Spoon mixture evenly onto crust. Top mixture with olives, carrots, peppers, broccoli, and cheese, pressing down to secure. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Slice into squares.
