1 In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, Italian dressing, and black pepper. 2 In a large bowl, combine the artichokes, roasted pepper, celery, basil, and olives. Stir in the dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 3 Divide evenly the lettuce among six plates. Spoon the artichoke mixture onto the lettuce. Serve.
