1 Preheat oven to 400°F. 2 Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. 3 Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish. 4 Bake for about 25 minutes, until bubbly. 5 Serve with veggie sticks or gluten free crackers.

Add some gluten free breadcrumbs to this mixture, stuff uncooked mixture into mushroom caps and bake until mushrooms are cooked for a yummy stuffed mushroom appetizer.
