1 Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. 2 Cut bread lengthwise in half. Hollow out each bread half, leaving a 3/4-inch shell. 3 Scoop filling into each half. Push bread halves together, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, remove plastic, and slice bread into 16 pieces.
