Ingredients
8 oz fat free cream cheese , softened
8 oz canned artichokes hearts, drained , and chopped
0.5 medium red bell peppers , chopped
0.5 cup fresh chopped celery
0.25 cup canned black olives , pitted and chopped
2 tsp capers, drained
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.5 tsp ground basil leaves
0.5 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp white wine vinegar , more to taste
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
8 oz French bread baguette , about 15 inches long


Directions
1 Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
2 Cut bread lengthwise in half. Hollow out each bread half, leaving a 3/4-inch shell.
3 Scoop filling into each half. Push bread halves together, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, remove plastic, and slice bread into 16 pieces.
