Ingredients
6.5 floz canned artichokes hearts, drained , chopped
0.5 cup grated romano cheese
1 fresh plum tomatoes , seeded and chopped
0.33 cup fresh chopped red onion
0.33 cup fresh baby spinach , finely chopped
5 tbsp mayonnaise
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
10.5 oz French bread baguette , loaf (whole grain, if available)


Directions
1 Combine the first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2 Cut baguette into 30 slices, and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
3 Spread mixture on top of bread.
4 Broil 3- 4 inches from the heat, until edges are lightly brown, (3- 4 min.).
Additional Information
You can prepare this mixture ahead of time. Place it in an airtight container and refrigerate. When ready to use, just spread the slices of bread, broil and serve.
