Ingredients
14 oz dried apricot halves
0.5 cup whole almonds
1 lb raw bacon slices
0.25 cup Jelly, apple (or plum jelly)
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce


Directions
1 Enclose an almond inside each apricot. Slice bacon into thirds and wrap around apricots; put a toothpick in each to secure.
2 Arrange apricots onto baking sheets and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes; turn apricots over one time.
3 Mix jelly and soy sauce in a pot and heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
4 Place apricots onto paper towels and let the fat drain. Serve jelly as a dipping sauce.
