Directions
1 Stir together sugar, lemon juice, salt, almond extract, and nectar in an 8-inch baking dish.
2 Wrap dish and place in freezer for 45 minutes. Scrape mixture with a fork every 45 minutes for about 3 hours
3 Take mixture out of freezer and scrape until fluffy. Sprinkle almonds over ice and serve.
Additional Information
Serve the ice over apricot slices garnished with lemon rinds. The ice can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 days.
