16 tea bags (black tea)
12 cup boiling water
1 oz fresh mint (1 cup, loosely packed)
2 quart apricot nectar juice drink, canned (all natural)
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 fresh apricots , cut into wedges (optional, to garnish)
2 oz fresh mint , sprigs (optional, to garnish)
2 tbsp agave nectar, all natural


Directions
1 In very large heatproof pitcher, combine tea bags, boiling water, and 1 cup mint leaves. Stir and let steep 5 minutes.
2 Remove and discard tea bags and mint, stir in agave nectar, and cover tea. Let stand 1 hour.
3 Add apricot juice and vanilla. Stir, cover, and chill 4 to 48 hours.
4 To serve, fill tall glasses with ice cubes. Pour tea mixture over ice cubes.
5 If desired, garnish with apricot wedges and/or mint sprigs.
Additional Information
Can also be served as punch, from bowl with floating ice ring.
