Servings
Ingredients
16 tea bags (black tea)
12 cup water , boiling
8 oz fresh mint (1 cup, loosely packed)
6 Juice Drink, apricot nectar, ready to drink, can (11-12oz cans)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 g ice cubes
0.5 fresh apricots , cut into wedges (optional, to garnish)
2 oz fresh mint , sprigs (optional, to garnish)


Directions
1 Combine tea bags, boiling water, and the 1 cup mint leaves in a very large heatproof pitcher, and then let steep for 5 minutes.
2 Remove and discard tea bags and mint, and then cover tea and let stand for 1 hour.
3 Stir in apricot nectar and vanilla, and then cover and chill for 4 to 48 hours.
4 To serve, fill tall glasses with ice cubes, and then pour tea mixture over ice cubes.
5 If desired, garnish with apricot wedges and/or mint sprigs.


Additional Information
Instead of pouring from a pitcher, you can ladle this drink from a punch bowl with a floating ice ring.
