Directions
1 In a small saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Let cool about 20 minutes.
2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
3 In large bowl, combine melted chocolate, applesauce, eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
4 Gently mix flour into chocolate mixture until well blended.
5 Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly with finger. Cool on wire rack and cut into bars.
