Ingredients
4 Tortilla, flour (6 inches)
0.67 cup unsweetened applesauce
0.67 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp margarine (melted)
1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)


Directions
1 Arrange two tortillas on a baking sheet. Spoon applesauce evenly over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese and cinnamon sugar if desired.
2 Place the two extra tortillas on top and brush with margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
3 Bake tortillas at 400 degrees F for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden. Slice into equal triangles and serve.


Additional Information
Use extra applesauce or plain yogurt as a dipping sauce.
