Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Mix flour with oats, bran, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; add raisins.
3 Whisk together applesauce, milk, oil, corn syrup, and egg. Stir applesauce mixture into flour mixture until a batter is formed.
4 Spoon batter into a 12 -cup muffin tin coated with cooking spray. Bake for 18 minutes or until muffins are set. Let muffins cool on a wire rack.


Additional Information
These muffins can be frozen for up to one month; let them fully cool before doing so.
