Ingredients
2 large apples , cored and diced
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh chopped celery , diced
2 tbsp chopped walnuts , coarsely chopped
0.25 cup Raisins, seedless (dark or golden)
2 tbsp mayonnaise (or salad dressing)
2 tbsp lowfat milk
8 piece fresh romaine leaves


Directions
1 Place the apples and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix in the celery, walnuts, and raisins.
2 In a separate bowl, beat the mayonnaise and milk. Combine with the apple mixture. Toss to mix.
3 Serve on top of the lettuce.
