Ingredients
2 medium apples , red delicious, cored and cut into 1/4-inch wedges
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1.25 lb fresh red cabbage, chopped , thinly sliced, about 6 cups
1.25 lb napa cabbage , thinly sliced, about 6 cups
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cold water
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp Vinegar, red wine
1 tsp olive oil
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp celery seeds
0.5 tsp ground coriander
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.5 cup Cheese, blue, crumbles , 2 oz


Directions
1 In large bowl, mix apples, lemon juice, and cabbage.
2 In small bowl, whisk sugar, water, vinegars, oil, salt, celery seeds, coriander, and pepper.
3 Drizzle dressing over apple mixture and toss. Top with cheese.
