Ingredients
0.25 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
4 tbsp macadamia nuts , chopped finely
0.12 tsp ground cinnamon
2.5 tbsp butter , chilled, cut into small pieces
5 cup peeled apple slices , thinly sliced (Rome apples preferred)
1 cooking spray (or butter to grease)


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 8" x 8" baking dish with cooking spray or butter and set aside.
2 In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, nuts, and cinnamon. Using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until coarse crumbs are made. Set aside.
3 Arrange apples in prepared baking dish. Top with flour mixture. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
Additional Information
Serve this warm with low-carb vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt, or whipped topping.
