Servings
Ingredients
4 lean center loin pork chop/roast , trimmed (4-4oz. chops)
1 medium onions , chopped
1 cooking spray
1.25 cup cold water
1 tsp chicken bouillon
0.25 tsp black pepper
3 medium apples , peeled and sliced
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon


Directions
1 Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork chops and onion over medium heat.
2 In small bowl, combine water, bouillon, and pepper. Add to skillet. Cover, and bring to boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Skim off any fat.
3 Add apple slices and cinnamon skilet, cover, and continue to simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Transfer to platter and serve hot.
