Ingredients
1 Pudding, vanilla, sugar free, dry serving, SD , 1 pkg
1 Gelatin, orange, sugar free, dry serving, SD , 1 pkg
0.67 cup Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
1.33 cup cold water
0.75 cup whipped fat-free topping
1 cup fresh chopped celery , finely chopped
3 medium apples , unpeeled, and chopped Red Delicious apples
0.25 cup chopped pecans


Directions
1 Using a wire whisk, combine the dry pudding mix, dry gelatin, dry milk powder, and water.
2 Then blend in the Cool Whip Free, and mix in the celery, apples, and pecans.
3 Cover, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, stir once more, and serve.
Additional Information
This can also be served as an after dinner dessert.
