Ingredients
16 oz fresh mint , chopped
8 cup Juice, apple
0.5 cup fresh lime juice


Directions
1 Secure mint in a double layer of cheesecloth. Add cheesecloth bag and apple juice to a pot and let boil. Take pot off of heat and let cool.
2 Pour mixture into a pitcher. Refrigerate, covered until chilled. Take out cheesecloth bag and mix in lime juice.
3 When ready to serve, pour apple mixture over ice.
Additional Information
Garnish with mint sprigs if desired.
