0.5 lb uncooked egg noodles
0.5 lb margarine
0.5 cup liquid egg substitute
0.5 tsp fructose sweetener (optional)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
0.12 tsp ground nutmeg
1 small apples , peeled, cored, and thinly sliced (Granny Smith or other tart apple)
0.25 cup golden raisins
1 tbsp slivered almonds , toasted and chopped
1 butter flavored cooking spray
0.5 tbsp bread crumbs


Directions
1 Add noodles to rapidly boiling water and cook according to package directions until tender. Drain. Toss with margarine. Mix together remaining ingredients, except cooking spray and bread crumbs.
2 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray. Pour noodle mixture into pan. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
