Ingredients
16 piece Bread, French, small slice
1 medium apples , chopped (Fuji preferred)
2 oz goat cheese , crumbled
0.75 tsp fresh thyme , minced
0.5 tsp ground oregano
0.25 tsp black pepper , coarsely ground


Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 Arrange bread on baking sheet and place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly golden.
3 Mix together apple, goat cheese, thyme, oregano, and pepper and spread evenly onto bread. Place under broiler for 1 more minute.
