Ingredients
0.25 cup Peanut Butter, creamy
1.5 tsp honey
0.5 cup semi sweet chocolate chips , miniature
2 tbsp seedless raisins
4 medium apples , unpeeled, cored (use Red Delicious)


Directions
1 Mix together peanut butter and honey. Stir in the chocolate chips and raisins.
2 Spoon mixture into the middle of the apples and chill at least 1 hour. Slice apples into 1/4-inch rings and serve.

Apples can be stuffed with any mixture that peaks your taste buds.
