Ingredients
15 oz Beets, pickled , sliced
3 medium apples , 1 1/2 pounds total (choose a sweet red apple)
4 cup red cabbage, shredded (6 oz. total)
0.33 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1 pinch salt


Directions
1 Strain beets and slice into thin strips. Peel skin from apples and core. Slice apples into 1/4-inch thick pieces about 2 or 3 inches long.
2 Combine beets, apples, cabbage, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
Additional Information
This can be prepared up to one day in advance and kept covered and chilled.
