2 cup olive oil
0.5 cup annato seeds


Directions
1 Heat oil and seeds in a small saucepot over medium heat until the oil simmers. Lower heat to low and cook 5 minutes.
2 Let cool; strain through a fine chinois and dispose of seeds.
Additional Information
Use this oil in anything you want to give a bright orange color too, such as rice or chicken.
