1 Cut the pears in half and remove the center. 2 Make a thin slice on the rounded side so that it will sit flat. 3 Put the pears onto small plates and sprinkle extract in the center of each. 4 Spoon almonds in the center. 5 Garnish with a dollop of greek yogurt and some fresh mint.
