Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
0.5 cup slivered almonds
1 tbsp amaretto (or any almond liqueur)
2 cup cooked white rice
0.25 cup fresh chopped green onion , minced


Directions
1 Heat oil in skillet, add almonds, and saute just until golden. Add liqueuer and rice to skillet. Stir until heated. Add onions; stir to mix well.


Additional Information
Serve alongside Cerdo con Frutas (Pork Chops with Fruit) or under a Simple Pork Stir Fry.
