Ingredients
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
4 piece sliced whole wheat bread , 8 1-ounce slices, toasted (Orowheat, whole grain & flax)
4 Boston lettuce leaves (or romaine)
1 large tomato , thinly sliced
1 medium avocadoes , peeled and sliced
0.5 medium cucumber , 12 very thin slices
4 piece Cheese, Swiss, slice


Directions
1 Lightly coat each piece of bread with mayonnaise.
2 Arrange 1 tomato slice, 1 avocado slice, 3 cucumber slices, and 1 slice cheese on each of 4 pieces of bread. Top each sandwich with one lettuce leaf. Slice in half.


Additional Information
If desired, add bacon and warm under the broiler.
