Hello,

Thanks for asking dLife.

How nice to eat more healthfully during vacation!. It is a good to take time off. Glad that your fasting glucose level is back down.

During time away from home, food intake patterns and physical activities often change. Review the following items during vacation:

  • more carbohydrates in your meals?
  • late night suppers or bedtime snacks?
  • reduced physical activity?
  • any changes in diabetes medicine?

Continue to keep tab on your blood glucose control.

Read about the items to take on vacation.

    Take care.
