Thanks for asking dLife.

Some women experience symptoms similar to hot flashes when their blood glucose is high. While others reported feeling hot when their blood glucose is low. Everyone responds differently.

Any time you are not feeling well, always check you food glucose and write the value down on your blood glucose log. You might discover a pattern or association, and the contributing factor(s) to the elevated fasting blood glucose.

Learn more about hyperglycemia (high blood glucose).

Take care.
