Background Info Hide
I have type II and take metformin and onglyza, When I wake up I take a little synthroid and nothing else but H2O. Say my FBS was 110. I I go down to the gym and ride the cycle and lift wights for an hour, get a good sweat and when I take my BS again it is up to 160. I have lost 2 inches off my waist and a few lbs but my glucose is still a bit too high and goes up after my workout. I wonder ehy?
