Thanks for asking dLife.

Talk with your doctor about a goal for your fasting blood glucose as well as blood glucose goals for other times of the day. He or she will review your diabetes treatment plan and determine how best to proceed.

Some people with diabetes are able to control their blood glucose with a healthy eating plan and regular exercise. Many may need to add diabetes medicines to their diabetes treatment plan. The goal is to keep blood glucose levels within a safe range to avoid complications of diabetes.

Take care.
