Both of these options can be helpful but should be used when other therapies have been tried as they need specialized physicians to administer them and may not be covered by some insurance. I would read the studies on both of these therapies and be well informed before making any decisions. Everything has a risk benefit profile associated with it. It is also very helpful to talk with patients who have already had this treatment. Many online communities have people who you can connect with.
