Thanks for asking dLife.
Diabecinn is a nutritional supplement containing a water-based cinnamon extract. A small cinnamon study of 60 subjects for 40 days reported reduction blood glucose (sugar) levels. This study and others are small and for a short time. The benefits of cinnamon appear promising.
There are still many questions that need to be answered before it could be recommended. Is the supplement safe? What are the side effects? Would it interfere with other medicines? Would it work for all people with diabetes?
Keep in mind that supplements are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). There is no guarantee of strength, purity or safety of products, and the effects may vary.
The prescription medicine Glucophage is already tested and approved by the FDA.
