hello, i've diabetic for 30 years, last year i got a small brown patch in my right leg and than it got like the size of a quater, than a few days

There are some skin conditions that people with diabetes are more susceptible to. This could be a type of contact dermatitis or bacterial or fungal in nature. I would definitely have your doctor take a look to make sure you get a correct diagnosis. Sometimes a culture from the area can be taken.
