My 11yrs BS was 194mg/dl after I checked it,she has no med hx,but had c/o dizziness/HA, should this concern me?

she is about 5'1-5'2 and weighs about 170, mother recently dx type 2, both maternal and paternal grandparents also diabetics.

Your 11 year old daughter has risk factors for diabetes. She has a family history and is overweight. WIth her complaints of dizziness and headache it is important to take her to a pediatrician. You did not mention when you took her glucose level, but looking at the whole picture does require attention. Please take her to a physician or clinic for a complete physical. Stay proactive for you daughters best health.
